ID this baby now,I would have to say this is one of the nicest starts to a song , one problem is its not monotone Dark Phoenix it just dose not progress fast enof .If I could remix this Baby it would go straight to number 1

Dark Phoenix we all make mistakes. Monotone would be if you were to hear the same note played again and again with little or no movement

Exclamation my guess...

This track sounds strikingly similar to Matrix II - Trance Mix. They were mp3.com artists I cought wind of a few years back. Haven't heard much from them lately but if you want the track I bet that is them. Good Luck!
