Anyone here regularly exchange letters with someone from another state/country? I've got a pen pal in Ukraine and we've exchanged letters and e-mails for the last 8 years. It's amazing, because it's kinda like a diary with feedback - or a blog that has at least one avid reader It's also nice to get to know someone else so intimately in spite of the distance, and see the world through the eyes of someone living in a completely different environment.

I exchanged monthly emails with someone from Bulgaria for awhile in high school... but after a year or two it kind of ended. Now I struggle enough keeping in touch with my own friends, lol.
