There's a word that sums up this sort of behaviour, and that word is 'reject.'

That would be embarrasing
I think that wouldn't happen though since the fans that show up to the DJ sets are usually die hard fans.

I haven't seen any 'big names' getting booed, but I did see a local DJ opening for someone getting pulled out by the promoter cause he was banging the shit out of the place at 10 fucking PM dropping "The Mongoose" and "No Pressure" and shitez.
I also heard a local open for John Digweed during his Transitions 3 Tour drop 'Coma', the Gui Boratto remix of 'Silverlake Pills' 'Speere' and 'Gridlock' during his last hour. I'm pretty sure John wanted to punch him in the fucking throat when he went up.
Most locals over here don't have the tiniest notion of how to warm-up properly, it's ridiculous.
i think dave dresden got booed off once before tiesto came on

Although it wasn't exactly the booing that got him off stage, there was still plenty of that going on during the famous Rob Gee incident at Sensation Black in 2006.
no but way back when i seen tiesto...and the local dude was on everyone started to cheer for tiesto..during the breakdown of a track thinkin the local dudes set was over..but really it was only the middle..kinda felt bad for him.

No but I wanted to do it when listening live to sensation 2003. Ferry played an awesome set, it was kinda dark ending, was really good fun...
10 Darude - Music (Bostik Mix)
11 Benny Benassi - Satisfaction (Steve Murano Remix)
12 Ferry Corsten - Punk
13 Grooveyard - Mary Go Wild (New Remix)
14 Ferry Corsten - Rock Your Body Rock (F Massif Remix)
Armin follows and begins as such
01 Sensation Intro
02 Gabriel & Dresden pres. Motorcycle - As The Rush Comes (Armin van Buuren Remix)
03 The Matrix - Take The Pill (Junkie XL Bonus Remix)
04 Ronald Klinkenberg - Melting Point & P-Diddy - Let's Get Ill (Acapella)
It was like the energy just disappeared into a vortex. Half the irc gimps like arturo etc were all like 'omgatrcidieicrybestsetever' about 5 minutes in too

When I saw 2 Many DJs they went down really well, but they were obviously playing a completely pre-planned set, and they didn't have any records left at the end when the crowd were shouting for one more tune. So they were loudly booed as they went off, minutes after tearing shit up.
