Time to go on a shooting spree

OMG. I am so pissed right now. I might go on a shooting rampage at Harris county toll rd office. So i guess i ran a toll booth (my fault i agree) in august of 07. Don't remember it nor received a letter about it. Go to get my car registered and tell me i need to call them. So I call them and they say yeah you owe us 461 dollars. I said are you fucking kidding me. She said no How would you like to pay that. I asked how did one toll booth ticket turn from 36 dollars to 461. She said each month its not paid it goes up another 33 dollars and it will go up 31 dollars each month it's not paid.

Yeah she didn't care. And i personally think it should be a certified letter if there gonna keep stacking charges on top of it. I haven't received a letter. But she was just trained to say how would you like to pay this. all she could say, over and over,

What do you mean she "didn't care"? They HAVE TO care because this is a classic case of a state misdeamenaor in which you can, in turn, hire an attorney and the last thing they want is for TxDOT to get sued because some lady "didn't care". That would be my advise to you if you want to escape from the charges; hire an attorney. Do you have a valid reason as to why you never saw these monthly charges in your mailbox? If so, and you think a judge will buy it, I will personally help you try to fuck up the TxDOT, because if there's anyone in the world I hate the most, it is TxDOT.

I was fined $76 last year because I ran through the EZ Tag twice without my tag. I wished all their mothers a fiery ride to hell shortly after.

Tons of people have been fighting these BS charges and winning. It was big in the news a couple months ago. Give them hell!

Holy shit. I heard about the charges but thought you can appeal it and always win if you do.

they send the letters to the address ur car is registered to.. i just settled over a thousand bucks for 33%. i still owe about 3 hundo. anyways, they sent the letters to my grandparents address in waco. my hometown.. i keep my insurance and info there so that i can save money.. years of not paying added up to that. im glad they dont put warrants out, but they will send the files to DPS if you wait long enough...
