I know EXACTLY how u feel m8 Iam also 17, I truly hate my parents, not that I want to but they really hate me too. I can sometimes not have a joke or a normal conversation with them for literally months. My mum just bitches on all the time. She will go out of her way when she's bored to find something to have a go at me about my dad just agrees with her. If you tell this to anyone they automatically presume that Iam just annnoyed because I've had an argument with them because of my age. Most teenagers don't get along with their parents but their parents still love them, I know mine don't. Im not gonna go into the details of what they do because it would take too long..anyway I've gotta start packing for hols

Exactly. Going away for university would also make them miss you and you miss them, and you grow up. That's when the relationship gets better

i lived at home and i would aviod my parents at all cost. i would sleep when they were home get up when they would sleep. i live total opposite schedule than both of them.

it's called life, like me and my parents co-exist peacefully. i got free room and board, so i hafta put up with some shit. I hate my dad and love my mother, but see as i hit 20 (i'm 21 now)...i realized, it's not worth fighting with parents because it's a waste of my time, energy and the same for them. I'll go toe to toe with them when i think it is worth it. Within a few yrs...ima move out!

I can't stand my mother. It is to the point where I am gonna bash the bitch in the face with a shovel and then bury her in the back yard face down so when she regains consciences and try to dig her way out she is really digging a deeper grave. O well that's life.

When I wa mad at my parents I would say to them "I wish you were dead!" (in the end..my mum would laff at it btw )

Right now...even THINKING of losing my parents brings tears to my eyes!! that's how much I love them
