How is this a bashing thread if he specifically said saying that tiestos not terrible, and he just thinks that armin is better right now?

currently i prefer listening to Armin for his ASOT episodes and simply because i don't have any recent tiesto sets
but still, tiesto is a bigger legend in my books than Armin
and why do we always have to choose, either this or that, white or black... why can't we have both armin and tiesto, eh?

You guys clearly has no idea what you are comparing. Armin looks up to Tiesto since they began work few years back. Both men have an idea of what the future holds for electronic music and both have contributed a lot to the trance scene worldwide....of course some junk like Blue Fear or The Tube for that matter....
Stop bitching about who is better and what-not as this is getting very challenging for some retards out here....
Before you go on and diss Tiesto, acting like a converted blah blah blah...put on or play BT feat Jan Johnston - Flesh (DJ Tiesto Remix).....after which you play Riva - Time is the healer (Armin Van Buuren Remix).....do they even sound alike?
How would you program a trance set if you were to play for a live crowd? Do we need variations? Duh?
Here we have a perfect example of variation in trance. Embrace what you hear and take it as a beautiful experience instead of shoving what you hear back up your arse and for that matter, being an asshole.
Tiesto's productions have been at least 99.9% top-notch while Armin followed up closely with how Tiesto and Ferry Corsten produces...
It take passion to produce a well-engineered track or remix, not just some formulae to go by. erm hemm..ATB, Darude?
In what direction Tiesto plans to take his music, I do not know. But ISOS 3 isn't as bad as what people have been dissing about.
As for Armin, he's certainly holding the spotlight....everyone deserves a fair share of glory and fame, don't you think? well-deserved like Tiesto experienced for these few years in a row....
It's not how high you go, it's how high you can stay on top that matter...
I rest my case.
Here's a treat for you:

hahaha, you posted that while i was writing my previous response. i think your post should be the end of discussion in this thread, because it's pointless to continue the BLAH BLAH BLEH after what you've said! w3rd!

See what I dont understand is why people always mention the past in threads like these. There was one the other day about tiesto being the worst remixer of 02 and people would keep saying stuff like listen to such and such from 2 years ago. I think that its perfectly fine to say someones not ontop of there game and it not be a diss, as long as they respect them for what they did before.
