Do you like your food nice and gentle that you can gulp down? Or would you prefer something that is so hot, spicy and potent that it is stored in a lead shielding?

Just wondering because I like hot food. Indian, Mexican, Thai - basically anything I can get my hands on (or mouth around).
Incidentally I have a bottle of hot sauce that is a "Product of Canada" called "Dan - T's Inferno" man that is some good shit!!!!
