Cant wait for Fallout:NV this tuesday...picked it up on steam for the PC this time. Fable 3has not really peeked my interest as I didnt like Fable 2. Two Worlds looks interesting, but im gonna wait for english reviewers and NA reviewers say. Cant trust the german...cant build a car, cant win a war. |
yea I would only recommend this one for casual RPG'ers as it's nothing for the Gothic fans or anyone who wants a deep RPG experience. With that said I still had fun and played it all the way through. I agree on not trusting the Germans either, lol.
I got Two Worlds and Gothic 3 as I never got around to these previously, and I dunno about 2 Worlds...it seems archaic like playing a game from the late 90's as far as gameplay is concerned. Definitely looking forward to the sequel so I guess I'll hang tight for that. Gothic 3 however is really fun and addictive. This is what a good deep RPG should be. It's definitely not without it's faults and bugs, even with the latest community patch and mod packs but the huge world and comical parts really make it shine. So many quests, caves, towns, animals to kill...good stuff. I'll be playing it non-stop till New Vegas gets dropped in 2 days...and I hope they deliver. I'm getting tired of new releases lately that just lack creativity, story, and depth. These stupid corporate giants (aka EA) are really ruining the industry with unreasnable deadlines and removal of key people whom actually have the talent to make games the end users really want.
