Personally, I think the idea of eating raw horse meat is fucking nasty. NASTY. But apparently, due to my social conditioning, I'm wrong in my thinking.

I don't think it would taste very nice. Mostly because they'd be slaughtering nags and not younger animals like they do for lamb and beef

indeed, I guess if you follow the lamb/hoggit/mutton analagy, it's going to be a stronger tasting meat that is much tougher so needs to be prepared better, but obviously without cooking it as Stu asks here. Nah.

Ghez brought it up on FB: Basashi
(I assume he was Googling 'horse meat' again, but came across an unexpected culinary link).

See because it's ben asking if we'd eat raw horse meat you have to take it as a 'will you suck my dick' question.

Raw, of course no, who eats raw meat? Dont you people down there know about fire yet? Seriously, try it out it makes food so much better.
Anyway, raw no. In a horseburger? Only done it about a million times so far. On weekends at 5 am, the only line that longer than the kebab line is the line in front of the horseburger kiosk. Horses...delicious.
