I've heard of Trance DVDs with fully mixed sets and background music while awesome trippy visuals are spewed out of the big screen.
Have any of these been released in North America? Canada specifically.
I would like to get one of these... or maybe I could download a divX version?? plz let me know of which I should look for. I like uplifting and hard trance and atmospheric trance too .
I'd recommend just getting a plug-in for winamp and playing mp3's on your computer. The *very best* plug-in I've ever seen is MilkDrop...
It's absolutely amazing! You'd be seriously missing out if you didn't try it out.

Make sure you get v1.03.. it has dozens upon dozens more patterns over 1.02.

there are a few i know about called "transambient" 1 and 2. i bought the first one from a&b sound, and i've seen the second one at hmv. in the first one, the music selection wasn't very good imo, but the visuals are pretty cool. i usually just play my own music selection on my cd player and watch the dvd at the same time. it still works ok check out the site www.moonshine.com and look for the links. there is also a trance energy 2001 dvd that sounds pretty interesting, i'm going to order it off amazon one of these days.

Yeah, but I like having the patterns go along with the beat and the feel of the song being played.. that's not happening if you play a dvd and a cd at the same time.
classic winamp website instworking for downloads!
you might also want to try R2 Extreme http://r2.rabidhamster.org/
Cool 3d visuals, but they get boring cause, they have to be premade, but trust me, it works incredible!
