Most longtime Lakers fans are quite used to heckles, mockery, insults, etc...it doesn't really matter, I hear it every year - all the time. Then again, I'm a USC fan too, so hate seems to follow me at every sporting event I go to. My Yankee fan friends know the feeling, haha.
