i was never a fan of the music box back when i lived in LA. it reminds me of a shitter Warfield Theatre

if this is true, this really sucks.

I have a couple of really good friends that work there. Really good guys and I would hate for them to be out of a job

Interesting. Insomniac is already promoting the ATB event on 1/19 and the weekly Wednesday event is Funktion, and has also been promoted by Insomniac since last year. Did the 1/4 event take place?

i suspect they are out of a job based on what i've read/heard so far.


i'm sure worst case Insomniac will use Exchange for events like ATB if necessary.

this place has been in existence for almost 100 years... i doubt it's shutting down permanently. maybe temporarily, but i do hope they continue holding down EDM events. the dj shadow show and sven vath show that i went to were both epic and historic...

Insomniac moved their events to Dim Mak and Avalon.
