It depends a lot on your definition of abortion. How many months are we talking about here? What's the underlying reason for the abortion?

As with just about any moral dilemma, it all depends on the exact parameters of the situation. In some cases, sure. Others, perhaps not.

If I'm not mistaken. You can only have an abortion up to a certain number of months. After that month is reached they won't abort the baby.

Interesting story... I will say since it is a law of around 25 weeks or before that the baby be aborted, then if abortion is what a person wants, and have it done before the 25 week range then we should fall inline as a society and let that be the way. So I'm going to say NO its not murder.

My opinion, and this is only my opinion, is that abortion is only bad when self awareness arises. Not sure when that happens, but I would imagine you should have a few months.
