Dancing Dude uneducated

hey guys, im uneducated about trance, but still love it. I just need some songs or sets to play in my car that my friends wont want to turn off. I play trance in my car, but it must be the wrong trance because my friends turn it off and play the radio. So I am driving down the road listening to total bullshit like Ludacris and Usher.....I can't stand it. The only song that most of the teenagers around here like is DJ Sammy - heaven, but that song is total bullshit......what do I play?!?!?!?!

wat sets have u been playing?? cauz when i first got in2 dance muzik i found trance repetitive, slow & sometimes boring until i really got in2 it. Try sum harder stuff, thatz wat i started wif.....go to www.hottrance.com and try Johan Gielen - Live @ Trance Energy 2002.....or even get the Scot Project set off this site.......but anything by hennes & cold, kai tracid, warmduscher, kaylab, nik fish, peewee ferris..........or even try hard house: lisa pin-up, BK, Fergie, Lisa Lashes, Anne Savage, OD404, Nick Sentience, S.H.O.K.K., Mauro Picotto, Dirt Devils......download traxx from these dudes and burn em 2 cd, hopefully ur mates will like it, thatz wat i did and now my mates all luv that kinda stuff!

maybe you should lay down the law and say
"beyaaaatch, don't u ever touch my radio again!"

or you can make a mixed cd or something
i say you put on
Paul van Dyk - Politics Of Dancing
that was something i listened to a lot when i first started
hell...i still listen to it now!

as for a mixed cd
you can add
lolo - melody
lolo - sunset
...basically anything l-vee produced!!!

It sounds like you're listening to the right trance. Most of the people I know cant stand it when i'm listening to some of my favourite tracks. It shouldnt matter what the people in the car think, since it's your car and you should play whatever you like. If your friends would rather listen to Usher, I doubt there's any chance they'll like any trance tracks you can play before you start hitting the really cheesy stuff, the style of music is just too different.

not exactly true
cuz i used to listen to usher...well rnb as a whole

but i guess you can't really force them to like it
if they do, it's cool
if not, hey what can you do...
