I get about 7 hours of sleep a night but I need a lot more cuz I'm always tired during the day. Probably the longest I've gone is 23 hours but that was a full 23 hours of activity. Over the summer though I didn't go to sleep one night then went to work and felt like absolute shit...going to school/work on no sleep is not a good idea.

i average about 6-7.. i think the longest i've gone with out sleep is 3 days... i used to have mad insomnia... two things that helped greatly with that problem are #1 wacking off, and #2 weed

well most the time, i just kinda fall asleep and dont notice it, or zone out, something along those lines....so it would prob just be like that plus being really drunk.....

You have to maintain at least approximately a 1:5 sleep:wakeness ratio to prevent your body from continually becoming more and more sleep deprived. You can eventually die from sleep deprivation, but before you would you'd fall asleep unless frequent and severe stimulus was being applied to you. I usually get about 7 hours of sleep a night, but frequently 12 or more on weekends. I've gone about 60 hours without sleep, and I've gone over 40 more times than I'd like to remember. I've gone to school/class countless times without sleeping, it's pretty bad though, coz class usually puts you to sleep even when you DID already sleep.

yea I just hear that eventually, after a day or two, you just start trippin and freaking out......but damn man, 1 week? how is that possible, i could only maybe do that if I was doing something after the first day, because after that I fall asleep in a secound of just sitting down....what did you do...just walk around? jog?

on weekdays i sleep around 6-7 hours, on weekends i try to sleep 12-15... sleeping is actually my favorite hobby! the longest i didn't sleep was about 2 days...
the longest i slept is about 1.5 days

When I used to plow snow I once worked a 32 hour shift, then went to write an english exam. so that's around 35 hours that I was awake. Never again.

I stayed up for about 60 hours when I decided to go on a bender once ... lots of factors in involved in how awful my body felt after that.

I was literaly walking dead after 2 days, and i slept for 14 hours a day for a few days after that week. I was drinking vodka&red bull for most of that week.
I swear, if you want a different philosophy in life, don't sleep for two or more days in a row, it really helps.
