Watching the new episode of "Hannibal". Was supposed to go see the new Mission Impossible with the girlfriend tonight, but she wanted to stay at home and rest.
also had the first cheat day in some time as well. Seems that no matter how much I work out and keep diet, I can't really shed the pounds. Thinking about going on a modified ketogenic diet up next.

Just stumbled out of the pub fresh from a post work pint and threw a pizza down my throat. Currently on the train down to London. Going to a party with Lews where JonDC and djdk are DJing, in a decidedly TA-themed night out. Yes, for the first time since these threads started I'm going out on a Friday rather than a Saturday.
Working today and tomorrow, but then sunday, going up to Napa (wine country) as the missus got me an early birthday present for two nights at a really nice resort.
