Hey guys! I'm on my way to Cancun this March break, and I'm trying to figure out what week is the best to go down. I was there three years ago when Paul Oakenfold was at Wet N' Wild, good party. Any Info would be great!

i would probably say .. not the week of the US spring break, since it's high season and generally more expensive then.

the Dominican and Cuba are getting really popular among students here too .. !

and if u go to Cuba, you're sure to not see a lotta American tourists..

I wanna go when Toronto Peeps are going...... I can only put up with the American Hick accent for so long. All loud and drinking beer, being stupid, and requesting JAY Z When I went to Cancun, the "cool" people were from Toronto/New York. I think there was some company from Toronto Global something that promoted Mexico.

3rd week in March has ALWAYS been the best time to go in terms of volume of people. Unfortunately if you don't like Americans you're screwed cause 80% of the people there are Yanks. Traditionally it has been the best time to go for DJ's as well, but the line-up that has been confirmed this year is next to none. I suspect there will be DJ's there, but the confirmation isn't there yet (which kind of scares me cause it's almost February). The only DJ I know that has been confirmed is Johnathan Peters on March 13th. I would love to see him again as I had nearly as much fun seeing him last year as seeing PVD himself 2 days later. JP played some dirty, dirty, hard stuff.......

The thugs I met in DET at DEMF suggested me to hit that park ... it's in Ohio. There are sooo many crazy rides there.

how about Cuba .. ? there are like literally no Americans there because of their embargo on the country and many of them have myths that Cuba is like Iraq or something, as per my brother working in the states when he overhears his co-workers talk of the country ..

and yea , the coaster is in CEdarpoint, which is in Sandusky Ohio, which is very close to Cleveland, which is closer to TO than Montreal is to TO ..

I'd suggest going to cancun during april - august.. anytime in there would be great. It's alot cheaper then march & february, and i find the crowd is better (i've been in february for canadian spring break, march break, and summer 2x)

the two things i've noticed:

1) spring break/feb = packed with loud mouth kids who dont know how to shut up & DONT stop drinking/partying 24/7.. i dont know if im getting old but i dont want to hear some fat ass football player yelling at 5am if im trying to sleep or have some fun...

2) any other time = packed with lots of friendly party people who know how to have a good time & party when need to be partying.. there's always something going on at any hours, you just have to find it..
