Standard advice that most people / doctors will give, excercise early in the morning, rather than at night, avoid starchy foods at night, or eat them early, don't do mentally stimulating things (crosswords, forum posting...) before going to sleep. If you're pilling, try 5-htp, I've heard it does wonders, see your doctor if it's really a problem.
(advice from a person who was asleep for 20 hours in 123 hours sometime last week, so take it with a grain of salt... )
