I'm gettin ready for yet another trip to the hospital, this time to the orthodontist & my surgeon whos gonna do my jaw op, but it's kinda gettin me down, like 6 years after it all began, it's taken ages, and I just want my damn op

I seem to spend most of my 'social' life in Burton or Derby hospitals and it really pisses me off, the smell in the corridors, the dozy receptionist who failed the iq test for Somerfield, the Orthodontist yet to discover deodrant and breathing all over me, eww

And if its not that, its the doctors or normal dentists...

agh, why is it all so shite

its mainly shite due to the lack of funding during the previous conservative goverment, and it over time, its quicker to break something than it is to fix it...

ian why dont you get in a fight and get your jaw borken, then you should get bumped up the waiting lists a bit

Get it done in france, or any other EU country, and claim it back from the NHS. As we are in the EU there is some law about it, if you have to wait a stupid amount of time.

Some old women is at the high court finding out if she will get her money back.

I had this funny story about one nurse,
I led down in my gown ready for my operation, i got into theatre, and there were these 2 nurses next to me, one was an ugly old hag, the other was a fucking sexy blonde with a lush body, i was thinking ummmm. The ugly nurse said to me "Think of somthing nice to dream about", i looked at the fit nurse and thought, i fucking will! while thinking that the fit nurse stood next to me while i was lead down, smiled and put her hand on my thigh! i almost got a fucking stiffy through my gown!

Then i come out of theatre, and got taken to the recovery room, to find that i had my peubs shaved off

awwww chicken *big hug* dont worry i know how u feel..i was really ill with my kidneys for 12 years before i got my operation...try not to let it get u down it will all b sorted soon and then u can get ur life back. i spend my life in hospitals to, and i hate the places, but its got to b done, u will b beta soon and then u can look bk on this part of ur life and smile knowing that it made u a better person xxxx

thanks I gotta see Mr Surgeon next week, and i think the week after, and I'm hoping I'm within 6 months of my op, after all these years It's nice to know I'm making progress with it, and can get my normal dentist to sort the teeth out when im done with the op, plus I get cool titanium plates, 8 weeks of no solids, and i think 3 weeks in hospital afterwards, hopefully sum1 will visit me, even if it is coup

wen ru goin in then? and wot hospital...i its do able im sure id cum and visit ya hospitals r so fukn boring..and really horrible on adult wards cos its usually fuill of old ppl who poo in the bed and its wrong but on the plus side..patientline is wkd! these tvs wiv ur own fone line to ur bed and sky and sum have the net u have to pay for it and it ios expensive but its wkd qualktiy and theres one to each bed and they r ded easy to move around and stuff
