central park was almost a no-go for me. we left syracuse at 1:30, and due to lincoln tunnel traffic, didn't get into nyc until after 7. had to pick up both of my sisters (delayed due to lincoln tunnel traffic as well) and check into the hotel.

it was pouring out, but my sister jessica and i went to central park about 9. greg and lara rested...

the hour was good, but jess and i got really cold because we were soaked from head to toe.

spirit was one of the best (if not the best) set i've ever heard him spin. paul came on a little before 2 and went until ~6. had a little more depth than the guvernment set, and a totally different feel. soo many new tracks and really amazing tunes. hearing 3 completely different sets in two days, but all great, really proved to me how great paul is.

towards the end of his set at spirit, greg and i went to the side of the booth to catch paul as he was leaving, and then a ton of kids swamped him and crushed us. i just wanted to say hi and thanks again, and let him know i'll send a copy of the picture from after guv, but i was just too tired to deal with the groupies...and he looked so very tired too.

up from thursday 7am until saturday at 11pm and in the car for 20 hours. i don't regret one minute of it. one of the most memorable weekends of my life...

Had an amazing time on thursday...set wise I would say oct 03 was more epic compared to this one..But still this one kicked some serious arse...recognized a few choons...was very nice to see PVD smiling as well as being focused at the same time...The OLe ole chanting was totally unnecessary and thank god it stopped after a while....All in all a great night..

Yes, his set was definitely missing the 'epicness' from it. There was no way a Nu-NRG track coulda been dropped in that set.
