From what I've read he is not giving up until ALL of the votes have been counted. That will mean like 10 more days or so, isn't it?

No, but I don't think Kerry has much of a chance anyway... too bad. Elections are always as fun.
kerry is behind in Ohio by one hundred and fifty thousand votes. there better be one hell of a mail in ballot turn out supporting kerry only then.
