While Radiohead may not be strictly an electronic group, and can perhaps be easily grouped as a progressive rock band, they frequently include electronica-type sounds and production methods in their work. This qualifies them for the poll in question.
Honestly, for you to say progressive rock groups and other groups who aren’t strictly electronic music don't belong in this poll reveals how closed minded your view of the genre really is. For you to criticize Radiohead while leaving groups such as Pink Floyd and Portishead untouched really weakens your argument and makes it look like more of a personal preference (or vendetta) than a legitimate claim.

. Many artists use electronic production elements, but those elements are preformed by people paid by either the stuido or label. In this case, those are the names you should be nominating. For example, the American pop band Train often has synthesized strings and precussion production elements in their songs but these are not done by the band themselves, rather by a pair paid by the label. In this case, i would nominate them, and not Train the band, choosing instead to say that said producer(s) has worked with Train (and other notable names they have worked for).
