Those of you that say 'who cares what happens' on the net or say they don't care what someone says - are full of it. It affects you on some level, otherwise why are you here - to talk to ppl and say things that are meaningless? No. It's just a virtual community - a attempt at representing parts of what a real-world community is supposed to be - problems/conflicts and all. This whole situation just highlights the fact that when egos are involved (whether they be those of a music producer/dj or a forum regular) that they'll do whatever is necessary to maintain their image in front of the 'community'.

I won't deny what chanoa mentioned, c0r has some dickheads - and the hands off approach of not having explicit rules for everyone to abide by worked for a LONG time. I hate censorship/excessive rules - wtf - TA is supposed to be a fun place not yet another thing that requires you to read a manual/follow guidelines before use.

i don't hold lunesa responsible for dave leaving. that was daves choice 100%. i hold her responisble for posting private information. thats it. thats all. nothing more. and thats what she SHOULD be feeling guilty for right now.

I doubt it, its just a screenname, not his permanent address with telephone number and blood type. As posted previously, theres an option where he can only receive messages from people on his buddy list, its not that hard of a thing to do.

and again, the WHOLE conversation was private. right now i'm posting on a public forum. i expect my words to be read by everyone, quoted, laughed at, agreed with, and possibly one day used against me. I know and am fine with the fact that i probably can never run for office because of things i have willingly posted on forums. However, if i engaged in a private conversation with someone, i would expect and hope that the conversation would remain private. i would not expect it to be posted on a public forum without my permission and if it had..i would be pissed.

I am not here excusing any of daves behaviour (obviously we are not going to see eye to eye on that). and i hope you are not blindly defending someone just because you are on their "side"
