Ok, my review:
Got to the guv @ 11:30 (and only had to pay $10!!), got in had a few drinks, tall paul come on, and was fantastic! He rocked the house, and then Rank 1 came on!!! 4 am was late, but IMO definatyl worth the wait. DEFINATLY. I danced non stop solid to 7:15 (Which was a little early I thought, well not early, but only 3.25 hrs) but it turned out to be a perfect set length, as he got to play ABSOLUTLY EVERYTHING I WANTED TO HEAR! INSANE SET – BEST EVER LIVE THAT IVE BEEN TO!
Piet – in your comments you said, if you didn’t like the muic, you were sorry. if they didn’t like the music, they shouldn’t have been there! You said what you were going to play, and MY god you delivered! I may be moving out of Toronto for work in the next year, but next time you come, I will defiantly make the trip. and despite your mixer problem, i thought the set was FLAWLESS!!!
Im sitting here at work, and I CANT WAIT till I can download the set.
I got to meet a few TA’s, Trancegrooves, Ilnada, Jem…. But I doubt you remember me… hopefully at marco v I can meet more.
Trancegrooves – thanks again, you rule – esp up there in the DJ booth – that was sweet
Great night,WIKKID night,best night EVUHHHHH

Hey Peops,
I haven't read anything yet, but what I like to say is that I had a great night in Toronto. The meeting was nice, alltough I still had to wake up a little, and for some people called me shy, but I think waking up is a better word.... and besides that, I think everybody inside wants to ask me something so time is little during those things... sorry for those who where disappointed...
In the Guv : The feeling is great to stand up there and see all people waving and shouting to you. For me there was a little problem.. I had to mix on a mixer I didn't use before in my life and I am a kind of DJ that mixes on his headphone. So I put on all the prelisten channels to do the mixing, but..... that wasn't possible on this 1 so I had to use the monitor instead, taking that in mind I am still happy for what I delivered.
For all those people who were disappointed in the music I would like to say that music is changing and I like to be 1 of the guys who is in front of changing and not following everybody.. It is also a fact that you play a lot of records you like yourself. When I play I try to look at the crowd and see how they react. In my opinion the reactions were great!
For those who didn't like it that much a big sorry! and for those who liked it... Thanx for the massive support and the great night in Toronto!!!!
p.s. Next time i shall try to get the DJ booth on stage... much nicer for me and for you! ( thx to Jason for doing the tracklist, allthough I sometimes forgot to give him the vinyl or CD )
Thanx again and hopefully I see you all soon again!

I still have yet to post my review as well Piet...but I just want to thank you for an amazing night! Sorry I didn't make the meet up. I was really hoping to, but had gotten back from seeing PvD in New York at 9:30pm, and still hadn't slept...and as you mentioned being tired as well, I'm sure you can understand the need for a short nap so I could prepare myself for what was to come! I did get to meet you briefly at the end of the night. Tyler introduced you to me while you were walking out of the Guvernment and I thanked you for an amazing night.
I was definatly one of those people that enjoyed your set! I loved how you mixed it up with some old stuff, new stuff, tech-trance and uber-trance as well! The tracklist was insane. Thanks for letting us record it. I can't wait to get my hands on that.
Even though I was dead tired, there was no way I was leaving that dance floor before you stopped. I had to take a few more breathers than usual, I apologize for that! But I did get my ass in gear to dance for part of the night. How could I resist. With you spinning tracks like Lyteo, Airwave, Top Gear, Silence...madness!
And by the way...sorry to hear you had to mix on a mixer you had never used before. This may mean nothing to you because I don't know how to DJ...but I definatly could not tell if you were having trouble with it. Everything that came out of those speakers sounded amazing to me!
Thanks AGAIN for a great night Piet. I'll be sure to never miss you when you come back to Toronto (or Detroit - since I am from Windsor). Please don't stay away for too long!
Stop in and read my proper review when I finally get some sleep!

That track is Mac J - Nightware.
Love that track, and that was the first time I've heard it in a club, so that was awesome. And of course all the other tracks as well
Ergh, I'm so written off today at work. Massive massive night. Good fun had by all. The meetup was pretty cool too. I showed up at maybe around 11 after already having had 6 beers at the hostel I used to stay at, so my memory's patchy right from the start. I remember talking to a bunch of people who's names I forget at Scotland Yard, being in a few photos, then running with M2J and his +1 (I completely forget your real names) to the Guvernment to try and make guestlist, which we did, thanks to M2J's superior sense of direction (as compared to my very impaired sense of direction).
Don't remember much out of Tall Paul, but that doesn't really bother me, since it was all about Rank 1. Piet went off! Great to hear so many of their signature tracks played, as well as all the others that had everyone's hands in the air.
Josh, thanks for letting me crash out at yours. Much better option than going home. I slept from like 4pm til 7am today, and I'm still rooted at work. Wish I could've gotten more sleep, but oh well. 15 hours should be enough to keep me going through the rest of the work day.
Nice meeting those that I met (even though I've probably forgotten you all). Definitely a killer night, and well worth the write off that today is.
