Thanks apri_peel . I had a blast, I just wish there had been more people at that stage. It didn't really fill up till Danny went on. Nice clean mixes and phat track Danny. Also there was a Public Domain song that Serotonin played that I cant seem to find. Anyone have any idea what it was called.

Also does anyone know the other two who were playing along side Hirshee, aspecaily the guy in the white and brown hat. He was playing some crazy tracks that I want to try to get IDed

I am Jody Wisternoff's booking agent. On behalf of Fusion Artists and Jody, i would like to apologise for Jody not performing at the Summer Break Festival in Vancouver this past weekend. Due to personal issues, Jody was unable to fly to Vancouver and we were forced to pull out of this gig 5 days before the event took place.
Jody is very upset to think that he was described as a 'no show' and I would have liked to have thought that a suitable explanation would have been made, for his absence, by the promoters, and not that he just didn't turn up.
We are sorry for any disappointment that was caused and we hope to bring Jody back to Vancouver in the near future.

On behalf of Progressive Entertainment and Focus I would like to apologize for the blatant misleading of the fact that Jody had been cancelled. As far as we knew, Jody was confirmed to play the headline slot on our stage. We were not even told the night of the event that he would not be playing. We were blatantly mislead by the main promoter of this event (who was responsible for the booking) and told that he was at the hotel in Chilliwack and would arrive at the venue at 3am for his set at 4am.. There I was at 4am wondering with the rest of you where Jody was… no calls to Silverwaters (Summer Break's promoter) were answered, no text messages returned. NOTHING!! We pride ourselves at being an honest, upfront Production Company and would NEVER lie to the people that have supported us over the years.

Please bring your ticket stub or wristband to Focus @ The Gecko club this Friday for free cover for Kristian Littmann vs Johnny Morgan.

It's a bit of a let down that they knew 5 days in advance and no warning... I lost out on extra money for booking off work and bla bla... Considering most of you know that he is the whole reason I even went was a HUGE disappointment, but what can you do.

Just as one of my consistent promoters; Tyler, I'm so not concerned with Focus events.. this whole thing didn't lesson any of opinions of my strong nights out. I think that already your previous gigs speak for themselves so whatever.... and you didn't know.

I also wanted to add that Kevin was pretty hot that night and he did one of the best sets I've ever heard!! So that was worth while .... and Danny was Awesome tooooo

not really addressing any problems and acting like he didn't really care that a lot of stuff went to shit at the party

i dont know how any promoter can be so careless about his/her event, especially if there are so many speculations and stories going around that make you look bad. i'd expect a self-respecting promoter to release some sort of a statement in a mature tone without being a complete dick
