Do you know what quartered means? It means housed. I.E. no soldiers can use your residence as their own, to set up camp, without consent of the owner. The constitution was not violated by troops entering houses on rescue missions.
have you looked at the case did they allow them to enter their houses?

seriously - when has that ever happened? - and when is it likely to happen - unless you are doing something very wrong; in which case you probably deserve the government coming to your house.
the argument on the constitution is the craziest thing I have heard in this topic (and believe me, it's mainly crazy to anyone but a card holding NRA member) when the constitution was written, america was unciviliced - you had to carry a gun for protection/food. That gun was a rifle - not a concealed automatic weapon; the constitution is in many ways out of date, thats why you had amendments - maybe it's time to amend again.
comunism = gun control = crazy assumption.
