What a great night! Armin played some really cool mashups if memory serves. Any IDs would be much appreciated. Tune of the night for me would have to be "Lift". Got down there at 8:30 for set up and left at 3am. Spent most of the night socializing backstage and hiding Armin's champagne from the groupies

Great seeing Sean and a few other TAs through the night. Had a lot of fun opening with Jimmy. Remy is also a very friendly guy and played a great opening set. Armin played as expected, which is to say he delivered an awesome set right until 2:15am. Hope everyone had a wonderful time and thanks everyone for coming out!

Fantastic show! My pics and videos didn't really turn out, but i got a good video of his communication bit where the crowd went crazy, and when the speakers died for a second for Remy. Too bad Remy didn't get on at 10, he was quite good and Tazix didn't work the crowd well.

Some observations:
Club was surely over capacity
People over 6 feet should be banned from clubs, or sent to the back
Men need to leave their shirts on, no matter how much you think the world needs to see your man-boobs
Plush needs a better system, the low frequencies overpowered the mids and highs way too easily
Much better than the April 14 set
Saw a guy get arrested by a VPD member (probably for dealing)
The one will-call woman with the raspy voice is a bitch and I hate her

Absolutely best crowd and most packed I've ever seen in Plush!

Don't envy us - the tall and handsome, we're just nature's finest

Well the thing is that I'm 6 feet, so I consider myself decently tall (at least compared to most club-goers). Its as if a bunch of 7 foot tall people came in and blocked your view (6'2"?). The tall ones always seem to be infront of me.

ugh.. i'm starting to get too old for clubbing i feel tired way to easily.. and i'm not in the mood for drinking anymore.. eh.. i should quit

it was a good show.. i am just starting to hate plush and it's crowded dance floor.. find a BIGGER venue... i had to sit on the stage to the side so i could freaking breathe and not be pushed around..

So true. I've never really drank when I went to events like this, I'm thirsty enough as it is. But ya that was wayyyy too crowded. I think Twisted should try to do something huge at the pacific coliseum or something. How many people does that place hold for a rave?

Yeah I guess most of us can agree that Plush sucks ass.
Crap sound, with a crap concrete hard floor.
The floor's gotta have some bounce-ability, like at
commodore - and even Celebrities floor's got some flex to it.

HAHAHA like the time I was in front of you at PVD! I'm 6'2 but at least I turned around and asked if you wanted me to take some pictures from my view point. Next time we are at the same venue I'll let you dance in front of me and I will block the other tall guys from getting in your way

Glad you guys enjoyed Armin's set. Sasha was a lot of fun.

Armin was good...I think he started it out like he started the essential mix...those same first three, to snow patrol?

I thought he played harder than usual, not as many epic breakdowns....I don't remember just standing with my arms in the air swaying for nearly as long this time.....which i think is good...more dance time = awesome.

He played Are You Fine in the middle, then seemed to shy away from vocals till near the end...

He played Love Your More, and Satelite near the end....seemed like we dance for at least 30 minutes with the lights on....

agreed with the sound at plush...the bass is phunked from all that crunk they play there...maybe they have it turned way up? i have no idea i am not a sound engineer.
