Maybe it's a fetish.

I find it kind of weird that extremum's gf would change her tampon so often for the sake of hygiene. I think that would makes things worse down there. The vagina is self-cleaning...that's what discharge is. The thought of changing my tampon EVERY time I go to the bathroom makes my vagina feel raw and sore, lol.
