Ok I am the one who mentioned Hitler only because I saw the pictures of the protesters comparing the two men and I said that they couldn't be compared.

This is Hitler to me. He was no smart man, if he was he wouldn't have killed himself in the first place.

The german population of the times had no clue as to what to stand for, so hell, they decided to follow the posters and propaganda they were so easily brainwashed to digest. Meh... this thread sucks ass.

Committing suicide is not a reason to label him "not smart". There have been MANY brilliant people who have committed suicide.

In Hitlers case, suicide was one of the smartest things he did.

Anyway, that really isn't the point... the point is that although Hitler was a monster and inflicted horrendous and terrible things to thousands of people, he was quite intelligent.

Unfortunately, intelligence is not always used for the best purposes, however that doesn't eradicate the fact that he was in fact a very adept thinker.
