I hate a couple of gay guys too, but it has nothing to do with their sexual preferences.
I have quite a few gay friends, and have never had a problem with it. Admittedly, the first time I met some guys that I knew were gay, I felt a bit awkward, because I didn't really understand anything about gay culture. As soon as I got to know them, no problem at all.
I don't think I've ever had so much fun partying as with some of those guys haha. Great taste in music too |
so wait, are you suggesting that we don't label people? that instead of saying you hate gays, that you hate Joe or Bob? or that asshole down the street?
NO WAY!
NO FUCKING WAY!
people get all upset in here [not just this thread, but elsewhere] about relgion, their own personal beliefs, etc... trying to push some concept onto another human being.
but that's just it - we're human beings and it there wasn't these stereotypes, prejudices, and labels put on people for rediculous things, we won't have these problems.
everyone claims that everyone else is "ignorant" for believing what they believe in. but in all reality, it's not being tolerant about other people that makes you ignorant.
