Sasha, like every other dj i've seen, can be off and on. For the most part he's consistent. More times than not, and I've seen him at least 5 times now, he's pulled a packed crowd or filled a club and dropped some awesome stuff.
I don't think it's sasha you're really complaining about. I think it's the style of music (prog house-electro) because after a while, doesn't matter what dj, that shit can get repetitive and boring (unless you really dig the stuff, ala clovis).
whatever the case, he's still a class act and he pwns abletr0nz.
seeing sasha + digweed is real spesh. they just feed off each others' energies and that energy flows through to the crowd. it's amazing.
i'd like to see sasha + hernan next (Creamfields BA last year looked fkn awesome)

he's not my favorite producer but a lot of people seem to like his work! as for overrated, i can't really tell you because i don't listen to a lot of his work.
however, "baja" is my favorite track of his...

Sasha isn't overrated IMO...he has done a lot for the EDM genre and scene and his technical abilities are simply unquestionable.
Although I agree, sometimes I think some of his sets can only be fully enjoyed while under the influence...
Anyways, Sasha is better than 99% of all of the "big-name" DJ's therefore I don't see why anyone would even imagine that he is overrated...
