I don't think PVD is washed up yet, I think he's still got it, production-wise....and as for his livesets and shows - they are more amazing now than ever before, I think the addition of : Ableton Live and his MacBook Pros, midi controllers and Xone 3D has added a really unique touch to his style of live mixing...and he DOES know how to use them. Sasha and PVD are on the cutting edge of live performance in this direction.

The basic deal (I think) is... now, PVD is putting alot more time and effort into his shows and live performances, and neglecting his once godgiven talent of masterminding a set of studio productions and delivering massive crowd-pleasers on vinyl...like he was doing.

This guy is like, ALWAYS the voice of reason.

You judge music after you listen to it and not before. I admit to not being a PVD groupie, but I did give it the benefit of the doubt. Creativity aside,(or lack thereof)plagerism is never to be defended.

i am in full agreement here - i get especially offended when people rip off daft punk. I have not listened to the album and i dont intend to - i can imagine how awful it is.

I thought this was better than reflections but then reflections was pure garbage. Only tune I liked off that was Crush.

This was far more varied than I expected with many tracks not having that typical PVD kick and bassline. I've only heard it all once and it seemed okay but there were

1)too many crap vocals

2)too many rip offs (was the one tune made with 4 strings or just copied?)

3)I don't mind mixed albums as such but some of the tunes here were only a few mins long and felt more like brief samples rather than full tracks making it difficult to get into

Overall, not bad in comparison to other current trance albums but still not that great either
