Welp since nobody posted any reviews yet guess i'll start....
AMAZING party last night, absolutely loved both Casey & Ferry.
Got there a little after 10, finally got inside at 10:50. Made a short tour of the venue with my friends, and gotta say the shine is a pretty dope place. The balcony is a bit wide.....wish there were some seats to sit down on with all that extra room. Mostly just the 21+ went there to get some booze....upstairs was pretty empty after 2am.
Breakfast played some awesome progressive tunes to start off the night, slowly building it up and gettin us in the groove. No doubt this guy is gonna be absolutely HUGE someday. Opening sets can be more challanging than they look, and Casey pulled it off to perfection. Ended his set with his remix of 'Thrillseekers feat Aruna - Waiting Here for You' and 'Breakfast - The Sunlight'
I thought it was a bit strange/lame how the crowd started chanting "Ferry! Ferry!" even though it was early at only 11pm and it was Breakfast on stage, not Ferry.
As predicted, Ferry opened his set with his tune 'Into the Dark'
I absolutely loved the fact that this was a long 4-hour set, and really gave Ferry a chance to showcase his skills to the fullest extent. Played a wide variety of all different types of trance.....I was going fucking NUTS when he busted out all these new bangin' Tech-Trance tunes with those hypnotic basslines. Totally my type of trance, so i cant wait to ID all these awesome new tracks i heard. Caught a few tracks also that have Ferry's well-known electro 'Supersaw' sound, that i havent heard before, so im wondering if those are some new unreleased productions of his o_0
Pretty much lost my original group, but ran into my buddy Jin alot....easy to spot giving out lightshows to everyone =) Other than that I was wandering alone most of the night trying to find them, or just bouncin up and down at the front of the crowd.
Met an amazingly cute girl named Sam who was also givin out lightshows, but I was too nervous & shy to talk to her much lol. Felt really dumb after but oh well. I gave her one of my demo CDs, so i hope she likes it haha
Had a great time all over the place at the party.......givin lightshows in the back, jumpin up and down with the squished crowd at the front, just chillin upstairs and just smiling at the amazing view.
