its funny that you called children "offspring", thats usually a more biological term for other mammals or organisms, however, i think that its natural to think about it at 25. many know that once a woman hits 30 her chances of producing a child with downs syndrome increases, while men are "good to go" at pretty much any age. but i think its dependent on the situation of the person (whether they're in a relationship or not), external pressures (i.e. parents wanting to be grandparents, or financial status), and your own personal view points on when is it "ok" to have a child.

Also it depends on who im with at the time... the girl i've been dating for the past year id love to have a child with but who knows how these things will work out with.. before her I never wanted a child but say what... maybe next year i'll change my mind again and not want a child.

It's easy to tell who has kids and who doesn't...lol...you just ask yourself if the person looks extra tired. LOL, I swear this guy at my old work was so chilled because he didn't have kids. There's this other guy though and he always looks spent.
