im sure cream will be fuckin awesome as it was last year...it has been kind of weird if u look at their history though..forza was cool, but they turned an aria night into a party...armin, ferry, rank1, johan, marco v are all awesome and will have their own solo parties in north americain the next 2-3 years.....the scene started to explode with oakie, then tiesto...then armin |
ugh solo parties!!.. why dont you go to a concert that starts at 9pm while you're at it???
serious, they MUST bring back the Swirl 2001 lineup that never happend (or Cream 2001) .. no fillers, no MSGs, just QUALITY and **VARIETY!!** all night. seriously.. that's what makes a good party, no warmup DJs that take up half the night (ppl, midnight to 3am is still PRIME partying time..) , and no EJ's (XL) in the morning.. all that is bullshit and I dont like bullshit

It depends on the type of music that you like.. I actually enjoyed David Morales (he was fantastic! nothing too fancy, but got me to smile during his whole set!) and XL's set.. But, then again, that's me.

indeed, I also enjoyed the set, there was nothing not to like about it, it was a solid house set, if you like electronic music, you dont detest house, so it should of been bearable for most.. (besides, why go if you knew you would of had a shitty time)..

I agree that he is commercial.. That is why he is not among my favorite DJs.. but for some reason, I enjoyed his set. He did some great technical things, he is actually fun to watch (a great showman), and I felt like listening to club and house anthems that night and he gave it to us. So I wasnt dissapointed!!!
Plus it was NYE.. It is hard to big a HUGE DJ with our weak dollar and us being in Montreal...
