Hahah... no promises FC, but I'll try.
I wouldn't split this up into two separate events, especially not so close together; all it does is guarantee lower attendance at both of them.
Here are the obvious conflicts. You don't want to do it on these weekends:
May 3/4 - School/Exams for some
May 10/11 - Mother's Day Weekend
May 17/18 - Victoria Day/2-4 Long Weekend
AJ can't come on May 24th. Fine. What about the 25th, or the 31st?
Here's my suggestion. Everybody help complete the following table by telling us your availability on as many of the days below as possible. Kamka, you edit this into the first post and keep it up to date. And after a few days, PM people who put themselves on the roll call but haven't posted availability. Once all or most of the names are up, you make the call on when you want to do it. I'll start with my own.

Also, I'd strongly suggest you first try to decide on a venue, because that may affect some people's ability to come regardless of timing (like I said, I'm not driving out to Etobicoke).
...Or don't listen to me. If you think you have a better way of organizing it then be my guest.
