i never said i hate trance, i never said i don't like trance. i do think 99% of the trance today (and the last several years) is fucking garbage. at one point in time trance was cutting edge music, but that time came and went and never came back. to some extent that can be attributed to the fact that everyone who discovers trance falls in love with their era of discovery because of its overall newness, but to a greater extent trance today is simply way too simplistic and formulaic compared to the releases of 1999-2005.

true noob? gimme a break hahaha.Ive been listening to trance since 2000, not that u should care or anything, but calling someone a noob whom you dont personally know is pretty ignorant. Obviously DJmag poll has to reflect on something dummy, Armin is number one for a reason, because he makes good music, and people like it. You sound like a miserable person whose mad at the fact that edm is growing, so pretty much you're questioning every that votes on DJmag.

noob is not a length of time, it's a state of mind, and you'll have it as long as you attach any meaning to djmag's rankings. "armin is number one for a reason" that is the dumb thing i've read on this forum all month.
