808 State, acid house pioneers and possibly the finest live dance act to come out of Manchester. No mean feat that, considering the competition. Initially, it was the production expertise of Graham Massey, Eastern Bloc Records owner Martin Price and Gerald Simpson that formed the backbone of The State. cream 99, 34.50$, so less than 50$ after all taxes and all.. funny, I remember complaining about that

think 50$x4000 = 200,000$ (or ~133k USD).. after the insurances, inflated prices on sound and lighting, not to mention police and security.. oh and obviously renting out the molson center is free.. what is left?

Ok first of all u forgot about sponsors involved which really does a big difference.
Second of all everyone pays for security even if its a small club.

Yes but a club has not the capacity of Molson Cnetre! If you bring big artists, you will have 6 500 - 7000 people but with this line-up I think more 4000.
And I think it's only 50$ in pre-sale, not at the door? I am sure it will be 75$ at the door.

@ a venue like the Molson Centre they have to pay for a shit load more security than let's say aria, Plus for big raves in Montreal you must have a a centain numbers of cops at the front as well ( Plus it's a holiday so you pay them double ).

Biggy just curious how many staff do you have on a night at one time??

Zing, one more question, what type of sponsors do they usually get for a rave??
