i do push-ups everyday and sit-ups as well, push-ups dont make da muscles bigger but stronger i also was going 2 da gym with weights but i stopped gonna continue later lol i wont be big or ne thing coz dats not my style of getting buff, dam those guys r stong as hell, but slow as hell da same time lol ya so body cud look da best as a athletics body and dat is da best
