Alright... I want to try and burn as much left over body fat as I can in the next two months (before WMC).
Now that it's not either raining or cold as balls out I can start running again. I plan on running for about an hour a day, 5 days a week, plus doing that little routine Orbax gave me + crunches every day... as well as drink a shitload of water and eat a lot less fat.
Is there anything else I should do, or anything I should do differently?
