i donno , his "new 2007 " sound is pretty dark and techy ... i love it, but i have to admit , the last track on his essential mix made me melt :

Yeah, well, you know, to each their own. Not everyone likes what I like, and I can't stand the slow minimal "click-house" sound.

But hey, people like it, and I have wayyyyyyy more than enough dirty bangin tribal, techy, and funky house music that I like, so my ears aren't going hungry any time soon.

Dubfire, however, he's been soul-searching for a while now, and producing some magic in the process. It will be interesting to see what he's doing in 3, 6, 12, months.
