seeing results from killer workouts. once you start seeing them its hard to not go in every day.

Im upset I have to take a break and rest for a day or two. I just always know that if I do it, ill feel good and will be glad I did it over anything else. To me its kind of logical, theres really nothing better for me to do with my time. Instead of posting on TA id be working out and then making chicken beef and bell peppers sautéed with basil and lowrys seasoning salt and thatd give me an hour to digest and then go relax for an hour before bed instead of posting on TA drinking beer like im doing right now.

Then I get naked in the mirror and practice ballet moves and admire the silken ripples of my flesh and slowly fall in love all over again.

well I just got back from the gym it was freaking empty!

man im on fire right now it feels so goood


but ya i was hoping to see what your workouts looked like orbax if you could post them it would be greatly appreciated

i took a month and a half off and ive been doing a lot of strength training until saturday. Normally im repping 185 and up for sets of 8 or less and staying in that range. I just wanted a heavy pump day in there.

normally its flat bench 185+ reps <= 8
t-bar rows 170+ 8 reps or less
incline dumb bells with 70s and 80s 8 reps or less. Ive gained back about 10 lbs in the last 3 weeks from a very heavy diet and hard workouts.

next time I go in im doing legs and right now im squatting 185 for reps (full squats) and Ill be trying to do 235 to see how that feels.

for the next month or two im just going to go for really heavy strength training. I want to hit 200 lbs in the next 6 months. then cut to 190

and seriously, nothing like a good t-bar row

well i think about how bad i'll feel if i don't go. primarily i go because it makes me feel good and relieves stress, looks are secondary motivation.

Haha ya he's a monster! Right now Im at the perfect stage to be really cut. Weighed myself today was at 182 one pound less then last week. 1-2 pounds a week is what im shooting for anything else is going to be too much and I wont be increasing strength and bulk.

Honestly motivation is never an issue it always feels so great after a sick work out I forgot how much I missed that feeling.

Why oh why did this guy sit down in the bike right next to me and contaminate my air with nasty sweaty boy smell . Ew, I mean there were ELEVEN free bikes and he choose the one right next to me . If he didn't smell like one huge sweaty sock I wouldn't have been annoyed but he did
