France is not one of my favorite teams but I have also felt Spain has been highly over-Rated as well going into the last several cups!

i think france will beat brazil...why? did anyone see the number of times Ghana got into wicked shooting positions? Imagine if Hnery gets half of those chances...although for that to happen Domenech should play with 2 strikers up front (or have the balls to play like ghana did, atleast for the opening 20 mins so they get a goal or two and then control the game)...Henry hardly got the ball today and everyone knows he likes it played to his feet.

standing ovation for ghana from me...they played football! brazil were having to defend with 9-10 men sometimes and still ghana passed through them and got into good positions from which they could have seriously made brazil pay. maybe Essien might have made a difference coz i really wanted ghana to score atleast once. but kudos nonetheless!


P.S. why doesnt Domenech use Saha? i dont get why he brings on Govou and wiltord (who is wayy past his prime and hardly does anything) when he's got Saha and Trez. i think Henry and Saha would make an amazing partnership up front!

LOL @ Spain...they are definitely the worst chokers in international football, right below England of course. They were given a GIFT of a penalty and couldn't even hold on. My cousins are half Spanish...time to rub it in.

Brazil is starting to look impressive again, as I knew they would. Sigh...it's getting boring seeing them in every Final. Hopefully we can out the Portuguese language altogether and set up a France-England semi.

I think the reason Spain lost was their coach’s wrong substitutes. By taking out their key player Raul, He actually changed the game in France’s perspectives.

He should have been more patient and have had more conservative tactics towards the end of the game since France had very dangerous strikers.
