First off lmao! while i was doing my cardio they played avril lavine- boyfriend and i couldnt help but laugh my ass off!

Overall the work out was great my back and shoulders are done, tomorrow ill do legs to give my upper body a nice rest for once.

the last time i did 6.5 kg I was 5'11 and weighed 62kg and was 16 years old.
