im looking for some better chest exercises targetting specifically my middle lower chest to lower peck to the outer portion near my arm pits. i want to lean it up and start cutting it more. everything up top from the middle chest to my shoulders are shaping out real well, my mid section/core is dropping tremendously so i'm feeling kind unproportioned right now. my upper abs, lower abs, and obliques are starting to take shape, obliques are slanting in towards my mid/lower abs when normally i had that gut look.
my normal chest work out is - flat bench, decline bench, over head pulls (lay on the bench side ways and raise dumbell over your head and pull to mid chest), swiss ball push ups, incline flies.
im not worried about my main peck, neck, collar bone area, it's shaped up nice, just the underside i want to work on more.
i was thinking swapping out the flat bench, over head pulls for
lower/upper cable cross, dips, decline dumb bell press, and swiss ball push ups.
does anyone else have any other better lower chest work outs? it's easy to hit the bench but i want better range of motion since i dont want to target specifically the main chest muscle for any growth...i want to go for some cut now.
i've been off the protein for a few months, cardio is 2.5-3mi per day, abs every day.

also for back, need some better back exercises, currently im doing:
pull ups for warm up, lat pulls, seated row, and reverse fly
is there anything else i can do to target the lats more without being isolated to that 1 lat pull machine?
