I went to the zone for the first time this past weekend after Above and Beyond. I must say, I had an interesting experience.

Got there around 10:30, Deko-ze was spinning an extended set. Got in, and some sketchy dude offered to crack all our backs . Eventually we got inside. The atmosphere was sketchy yeah, but it really didn't bother me. I go for the music, the rest is just background.

What freaked me out?

Some random guy grabbed me by the head. He looked into my ear, then said "dude, you got some sweet hair!"

I was like "umm.... ok?"

and after that, I danced until about noon. We lost one of the people that we were with, and looked everywhere for them. We walked back by the pool tables to see if they were in the washrooms, just smelled that hallway, and said to ourselves "EWW! NO ONE would wanna go back there!"

Half an hour later, we found out that they were back there :P

I'd go back, just for the music.

I did this to StereoPrincess at CZ one time. It really freaked her out until she found out it was me.

I've never been to the comfort zone... was planing on going after Above and Beyond but once we all got back to the apt the time was passing and i was getting tired and eventually just decided i needed to sleep all day instead ( which i did and it was awesome!)
but i've heard some mixed reviews.. some of my friends love it and some hate it..
i'll definatley have to check it out for myself one day eventually... i love Deko-ze which was the main reason i wanted to go last weekend.. soo hopefully i'll get to check it out next time i'm in T.O. and he is spinning
