Last time I was in downtown which was only in the beginning of February parkins was as much as 15!!!!! Your best bet is to get their early and park in front on the street. The hobo's don't do anything, cheaper than paying the 15

Take the metrorail to government center and then the omni loop to the 3rd street stop. Space is less than a block away from that point (north, I think).
