I always remembered this set because I never believed it was John when I first heard it. Tempo seemed to be way too high. Loved it regardless and would have loved to hear him in a club around this time.

Speaking of uncharacteristic, he recently played a whole hour of techno on his radio show that no one would have ever expected. Obscure, unknown artists also not just run of the mill drumcode/tonic stuff.

Definitely sounds like the Original Mix of Sleeper. Also to my ear I don't hear anything played by Digweed after Sacred Cycles. In some of the versions of this set I did hear the radio show continues with a different set from Trance Energy and it sounds like CJ Bolland - Camargue (Original Mix) comes in (a banging classic in it's own right), but it's definitely a different DJ set.
