If labour was so idealogically opposed to GST, why not come out and say they will remove the gst? Before accusing me of just reading some tabloid paper, and listening to some scare tactics... how bout you just stop itterating party line and start giving us YOUR opinion.
I just wish that when we have to pay higher gst, the people who voted for them pay for my share as well The gst will increase make no mistake, and the best time for it to increase is when the federal governments has all the state governments on it side.
John Howard commited electoral suicide last election as well with the GST, and got voted in. The australian public has a funny way of voting.
