that is a good point.

I dont think any of us need anyone, but I do feel that everyone needs some kind of healthy companionship whether it be intimate or just friendship.

Very true. However, I have plenty of friends - and not having a GF allows me to have the time (as well as the strong mental stability) to be able to concentrate on attaining certain goals that I've set for myself, however lofty they may be.

I've had numerous GF's in the past, but also have yet to meet anyone that I would honestly be happy sharing the rest of my life with.

I'm too freakin' picky! But perhaps that's not such a bad thing after all
